Roses

In These Times

19 Nov

Morose is
     not rosy, it’s
          a blue hue –
hours bleeding time,
     my life out of rhyme
dripping in mist
     opportunity;

grey latitude, poor attitude;
     slung down
          earth bound hound;
full blast half-mast
                      black mask;
deaf-dumb-and-blind grind.

Roses
     left behind.
