Our words are matter.
Language holds the power to hurt or to heal.
Did you know that a word carries the vibration of its meaning?
And as we speak, we embody that same energy?
You might dismiss this notion as a mere bagatelle.
But, more accurately it’s a “bag of tell”.
Even if we try to hide behind our words, they expose us.
Our words carry the scent of our intent into the room.
We all know the expression, “you are what you eat”?
In a certain sense, “you are what you say” as well.
When you talk smack about another person, you embody
that energetic poison like a drug — so the boomerang effect is immediate.
Likewise, when you offer kind, uplifting words to another person, you are bathed in the energy of that sentiment.
The one who gives the gift is also the first to receive it.
